End of raves

Haven't been active in awhile.. Went Korea for 5 days and now I gotta rush for my exam in 23 days ugh.

In other news....... I love this skirt so damned much I just want to marry it and just LIVE in it omg. It fits like a glove and feels like heaven. But you know, it's just a skirt LOL. No but seriously though, you'd think tight, fitting skirts are like super uncomfortable and you always gotta watch out for your bloated belly and all that, but this...... is not a normal skirt. Somehow this skirt has defied all laws of fitting skirts.

Ok I need to calm down. I'm talking about this skirt like it's the new messiah LOL.

The top is new too.. But every time I lift my hands up too high, I make a whoopsie and flash everyone a bit of granny bra. I will spare the public eye from that LOL. Or wear a tube.




So if you haven't heard, the third day of FMFA was cancelled due to some cases of drug overdose on the day before, and now Life in color was also cancelled.

...........wat. 

Now calm down i'm not going to be all panicky like WHAT NO MORE RAVES I GO DIE NOW LA nor am i angry (i wasn't planning to go for both raves LOL), its just the logic... It isn't there. 

365 days a year, in any of this year, i am very sure there's bound to have a few cases of drug overdose. The only difference is the latter case was so publicized. Banning raves ain't gonna ban drugs (raves=drugs? Logic?) people are still going to abuse drugs every other day for their own reasons, not just for a rave.

I mean, there is a reason why people are being prosecuted for drug posession yes? Cause i dunno, say, maybe it's illegal? I seriously can't believe 27 people were angry enough to retweet and favorite this without thinking that maybe, just maybe, that drugs are banned??

Seriously though. Some people are taking this cancellation thing so badly, they're comparing this to the lost MH370 flight.

People, what have you become!!! Such party animals, you forgot that one is a tragedy and the other one is just an accident (or not)? People are mourning the loss of 200 over people who are presumed dead but you are mourning over raves and cursing malaysia, cursing the druggies, cursing the drugs, cursing the people that passed away, cursing the rave organizers, cursing your mama, cursing this and that. 

One minute #prayforMH370, another minute later tweet about "omg msia i cant beliv raves cancelled pls #prayforraves msia gg hailat.com first plane gone then nao raves ban pls juz kill me i rather tht the plane juz gone but pls dun ban raves i cnt tahan i dowan be msian animore i quit!!!"

Ok maybe not so exaggerated. But something along the lines. Oh ya and also not that long la 140 word limit LOL.

But to be fair, if i were going to both raves i think i would've been ape shit angry LOL but it wouldn't give me a reason to compare it to MH370. These things just happened in succession and are not even related (no shit), the raves ban could've happened any other time, but it coincidentally happened after flight MH370 incident. It's not like msia is cursed later tomorrow earthquake we all go to hell (touch wood) 

And yeah i don't even think its considered a ban just because two raves were cancelled, i mean the gov didn't issue a RAVES BANNED notice... did they? Plus the cancellation of LIC could be due to the organizers, not our government. Maybe they didn't want the same thing to happen at their rave? Save reputation and image and all? 

"We have decided to cancel the upcoming life in color malaysia event" so yeah i'm pretty sure its a decision made by the organizers, but its ok, i guess angry people always need someone to blame and blaming the gov and msia is the easiest way to do it.
